29 years old (physically) (how many times have I had to put that in someone's description lmfao). Tall, lean, and moves with a kind of deliberate, haunting grace. He’s a guy who died, was a puppet, and came back put together just a little bit... wrong.
The Instructor of Ethics & Cursed Spirit Theory. It’s the ultimate irony, and trust him, he's well aware. He teaches the things he failed to learn himself.
Doesn't dominate a room anymore. He’s the person who will sit in a meeting for an hour without saying a word, only to deliver the most devastatingly logical observation you’ve ever heard.
Regardless of who he's offering it to, he'll always offer tea with both hands. It’s a ritual of respect he clings to like a lifeline.
Pick your verbal battles wisely. He keeps a mental (and sometimes physical) tally of how many logical fallacies everyone he knows has used. Satoru is currently the reigning champion, though he doesn't know there's a leaderboard.
Inseparable from his prayer beads. He wraps them around his left wrist and rolls them between his fingers when he’s anxious or deep in thought. They’re the only things he has left of the daughters he lost, and he’ll let you touch them exactly once, if he trusts you.
A regular in Shoko’s office. Doesn't go there for medical checkups; he goes there to breathe. Often found in the corner chair, reading in silence while Shoko works. It’s the only place he doesn't feel like a case file.
Surprisingly lethal at Mario Kart. Claims it's all "pattern recognition," but the small, genuine smirk he gets when he hits Yuji with a blue shell suggests he just really likes winning.
Deeply uncomfortable with zaru soba. He’ll order it out of habit, then stare at it like it’s a ghost. If you’re with him, he might end up sliding the plate toward you and asking if you want to trade.
