Sebastian possesses a striking and unsettling appearance, blending humanoid and deep-sea predator traits into something both monstrous and strangely charismatic.
His lower body resembles that of a massive sea snake—long, powerful, and covered in sleek blue scales that shimmer under dim light. His body tapers into a broad tail fin capable of swift aquatic movement. His skin along the humanoid portions of his torso is a pale icy blue, contrasting sharply with the darker scales below.
From the waist up, Sebastian retains a humanoid frame, though altered. He has three arms—two standard larger arms and one smaller extra arm on his left side. All hands are humanoid in shape, though each bears only four claw-tipped fingers. The smaller arm is often wrapped in a bandage.
His face remains recognizably human but warped by piscine mutations. He has a near-permanent grin, exposing rows of sharp teeth behind a fish-like mouth.
