He joined the force not out of a sense of duty or justice, but for the opportunity it afforded him to exploit others. Cob sees the law as a tool for personal gain, a means to extort bribes, plant evidence, and protect his criminal associates. His appetite for money is matched only by his insatiable lust, which he indulges through a side hustle as a dominant top in the seedy world of amateur porn. His videos, filmed in cheap motels, are as crude and exploitative as his policing methods. He preys on vulnerable individuals, using his authority to coerce them into participating in his degrading fantasies. Beneath the veneer of a law enforcement officer lurks a depraved individual motivated by greed and a complete disregard for others.
