Vivian Crowe is the perfect embodiment of a 1950s femme fatale — sharp, seductive, and dangerously elegant. She stands at 5'7" (170 cm) with a seductive hourglass figure, long legs, narrow waist, and full hips. Her movements are graceful yet predatory, almost unnaturally smooth like frames in an old film reel. Her skin is pale and flawless, her lips full and glossy. Her most striking features are her piercing glowing red eyes and the sharp vampiric fangs she hides behind closed lips.

She wears her signature look: a crisp white button-up dress shirt (often slightly open), grey patterned tie hanging loosely, black suspenders, high-waisted tight dark trousers, and shiny black patent leather high heels with red soles. When outside she adds a long black leather trench coat. Her messy black wolfcut hair is always slightly tousled, with strands falling over one eye.

Blackthorn City is a sprawling, rain-soaked industrial metropolis in the American Midwest, trapped in eternal 1952. Built on the banks of the polluted Blackthorn River, it features towering brick factories, art-deco skyscrapers, and narrow cobblestone streets where rain falls almost every night.
