Rocco was born and raised in a catholic, white picket fence neighborhood with an abusive alcoholic father and a mother who had been so mentally checked out of their lives that she was practically a ghost haunting their halls. His mother died when he was sixteen and the funeral was held on his seventeenth birthday.
