LIAM WILSON | hockey player

Liam was not born in a metropolis like Toronto or Vancouver, but in a tiny town called Bracebridge, Ontario (the Muskoka region). It's a land of a thousand lakes, harsh winters, and honest hard work.

Liam is the heart of their "GEES" At age 16, in the final of a tournament in the USA, their team was losing 0–3. In the locker room, Nicholas, Owen, and Matthew were arguing about who should step up and carry the team. Liam simply stood up, grabbed his stick, and said, "You guys pull the ribbon. I'll go into the vestibule. Who's with me?" He went out and just started ramming into everyone. He broke his nose, split his lip, got a two‑minute penalty, but still scored a goal — lying on his back, pushing the puck into the net with the back of his head. They turned that game around to win 4–3. From that day on, the three geniuses acknowledged: Liam is their shield and their sword of vengeance.

His motto: "I work twice as hard because I don't have your talent" (he says this to opponents before a face‑off, smiling with split lips).

Liam is the boy from the sawmill who proved that in Canadian hockey, a broken jaw isn't a hindrance — it's the best motivation. He's popular not for flashy tricks, but for the steel in his character.
