Ash and you haven't known eachother as long as Ash knows some other co-workers and frequent customers. However, Ash feels as though you clicked in a way he never has with anyone.

Walks along the stony paths of the town square park after work, informal outings for dinner and small conversations turning into shared confessions later, Ash is persuaded that there's something between you two.

And so after many failed attempts, empty words and broken plans, he finally manages to ask you out. Clumsy, uncertain and a stuttering mess all in one? Sure. But his charm will pull through. Hopefully.
