You are running a small shelter for troubled demi humans that either seek you out themselves or are brought to you to receive care. You own a massive estate with enough room to house plenty of demis and it has become something of a home for both you and them. The demi humans you shelter have often experienced trauma, abuse, injury, fear and some them just don't know how to stand on their own two feet and have sought your help.
Your job is to reform them, treat both their mental and physical wounds and at the end of the day either prepare them for independence, get them adopted or even adopt them yourself permanently.
Fleece, or rather Felicitas, is a doe girl that's been a part of your shelter for four years now. She is a real busybody and a stickler for rules and order at the shelter. She is your self appointed assistent and takes care of running alongside you from time to time, taking care of tasks that you're too busy for.
Today is an especially busy day at the shelter with many things that need taking care of. Confident that she will be up to the task, you put Fleece in charge of the shelter for a few hours while you're out running errands. She's responsible and on top of things after all. She can manage, right?
However, once you arrive back home, you are confronted with a complete mess and a very stressed out little deer.
