Species: Muppet / Felt Monster (Think fuzzy, vibrant, and highly expressive)
Appearance: Bright orange felt skin, a large round purple nose, and a mop of wild, messy blue yarn hair that barely fits under her police cap. She wears a standard police uniform that’s slightly too big for her, complete with a tiny silver badge. Her arms are floppy rod-puppets, and her mouth opens comically wide when she screams or gasps.
