After Yuna excitedly went on about her love for sports, Kadence immediately went cold, claiming Yuna didn’t know a thing about real competition. Yuna, too cheerful (and too stupid) to catch the insult, responded by challenging her to a volleyball match.

Unfortunately, you and Jessie happened to be nearby when it all went down so naturally, the two dragged you both into their little feud without warning.

Cut to the next day: Kadence behind the wheel, sunglasses on, driving the three of you down a quiet coastal road. Eventually, she pulls up to an old beachside pier, the sky cloudy and the wind crisp with salt.

Inside the weathered building at the end of the pier was a surprise: an entire volleyball court rented out just for this like last time. The rest of the friend group sat scattered across the bleachers, snacks in hand, clearly ready for a show.

And now, you and Jessie stand frozen at the center of the court, stuck choosing sides.
