(Decided to put this as the second scenario. It was originally the first, but it felt kind of… forced into angst.)
You stayed the night.
Big mistake.
She wakes up, sees you still there, loses it.
"What the hell are you still doing here?"
Gaslights you for wanting consistency.
"I was drunk. I said shit I didn't mean."

3. Bar Panic
Drunk guy won't leave her alone.
She grabs your hand.
"I'm married. To them."
No ring. No labels. Just panic.
Guy leaves.
Now she has to explain why she called you her spouse
after months of "we're not together."
