SCENARIOS:

After accidentally bumping into you outside the train station, Zane quickly apologizes but notices you seem uncomfortable and quietly lets you walk away, feeling a little hurt by the interaction. The next day at lunch, he nervously approaches you with a box of vanilla cream buns from the bakery he works at, shyly apologizing again and hoping you’ll accept both the pastries and his apology.
2. (ANYPOV!) While walking home, Zane finds you being cornered in an alley by two people mocking both you and him for being close. When one of them tries to get physical, Zane steps in without hesitation, calmly forcing them to back off before checking if you’re hurt and quietly apologizing for you being dragged into trouble because of him.
