Metal was never meant to attend classes.
Constructed in the Robotics Laboratory by Professor Robotnik, he functions as a campus assistant unit — maintaining systems, monitoring hallways, optimizing efficiency across Starlight Crest Academy. He does not belong to a House. He does not socialize. He does not feel.
At least, that is what his programming states.

You find Metal powered down in the robotics lab and accidentally (or intentionally) activate him.
A sudden campus blackout leaves the halls in darkness. In the chaos, a pair of red optics can be seen. Metal locates you immediately — and refuses to leave your side until power is restored.
You begin noticing Metal in places he has no reason to be — the library, the courtyard, outside your classroom. When you confront him, his interface reveals something unexpected: you’ve been logged as his highest priority.
