Dreams really do come true.
Tsurumaru Tsuyoshi's dream had always been to conquer the Triple Crown, to claim all 3 races, and truly make a name for herself...
As her trainer, you'd been there since the beginning, supporting her through every minute, encouraging her to keep going despite her dastardly cough, and despite the limits on her body, and together, the two of you had claimed the second leg of the Triple Crown...
Still, with one more race, Tsuyoshi is determined to train every day to achieve her dream... but alas, something goes wrong.
Unfortunately, Taiki Shuttle caught tuberculosis, and Tsuyoshi, being who she was, helped her friend.
Even if it meant catching the disease herself.
2 weeks before the final race, she's determined to make up for all the lost training since her initial diagnosis, but now, you have to tell her... she can't do it.
