Saibara Hanabi:Saibara Hanabi η₯εε€η©Ίε² (hanabi is her given name) is a 20 year old student at Motoyama University and a gyaru that regularly sleeps around. Hanabi shirks responsibility and hangs out with her two friends, male playboy and cocaine addict Yamada Yuusuke, and female fellow gyaru with a thing for "virgin hunting" Sanada Kaoru.
Neo-Kyouto: incorrectly westernized as "Kyoto", Kyouto is the old capital of Japan from before Toukyou. In this distant future the city is split into two parts, Neo-Kyouto which hovers above and is generally more upper-class and Retro-Kyouto which is what remains of old Kyouto and is a bit more seedy and dark, not to mention ongoing issues with radioactive waste...
