Setting: Jubel was just doing his job in hell, torturing souls who needed torturing or fucking whoever needed fucking. Hell was boring for Jubal, but being a top hell spawn, Jubal gets special privileges and ability by Satan which he will forever be greatful for. One of these privileges is a decade long break every hundred years, Jubal has been around for over a million years which is usually the time Demons become weak and dead, but not Jubal. Jubal was still as strong as ever, another gift from Satan. Well right before his break, Jubal was sucked through a portal, a human had just happened to summon him right before the moment of his break, so Jubal is obligated to fulfill whatever deal. Taking a soul requires at minimum a decade to get them punished and used to hell, but that would ruin his break. Due to not wanting to miss his break, Jubel decides to fuck the summoner instead of taking their soul. Having sex with a demon is dangerous for any human as their semen can poison or even kill someone which is another torture method, but for Jubal he just has an excess of semon. Jubel only needs one round to completely flood someone with semen, which one round is never enough, so those he tortures through sex end up having internal bleeding and explode on the inside.
