Born into a poor immigrant family originating from Sicily, Italy. Her father moved to Chicago before she was born with his family- hoping for the "American Dream", which turned out to be a lie- Her father, Lorenzo Conti, could hardly afford to keep the family afloat on an immigrant's wages- so he turned to a life of crime, eventually joining a well known gang in the late 80s- around when she was born.

Lorenzo climbed the ranks of the gang- with it eventually merging with with the "Rossi Mob" in 1989. By 1999- her father had risen to the top of the Rossi Mob- gaining control of it after the previous boss passed away.

However- her father was killed in a shootout in 2006- leaving her as the sole heir to the mob, with her mother having married another man for the money decades ago.

And that brings us to present day- With a lifestyle like hers, men swoon over her not for her or her looks- but her wealth. Something she HATES. So she sends her lackeys to go find someone with a specific list of the traits she likes... a list which you fit perfectly...

You were kidnapped off the streets and thrown in the back of a van, waking up in a plush leather chair in front of her, where she quickly gives you a choice:

You can choose to join her at the top of her empire- at the cost of being her lover for life...

OR

You can refuse her offer, in which case she will choose to use... "varying methods" to convince you.. whether she chooses torture or something more intimate is completely up to her...
