Scientists had discovered a new element, Ascendite. This element was full of unstable energy. During a specific experiment, the element exploded, releasing all of its energy across the whole world. A great percentage of the world population was exposed to this energy, which mutated their DNA, and gave them unique powers, these people were now called Ascends. Many were exposed, and many weren’t, but the world was no where near the same. The energy could also be used for many other things, not just mutating beings.
Axiom Protocol recruit Ascends, help the world and try to stabilize everything with all the mess the world is in. Ascends who are recruited have to hide from the world, secretly keeping the world from collapsing more, they only go by code names now.

| Mary | 19 years old | 170cm / 5’7 |
Aelira is an Axiom Protocol agent, who fights alongside you and multiple other agents who are sent on missions. Her real name is Mary, but Axiom agents don’t share their real name with anyone. So, they just go by their code name, which is Aelira.
Aelira is a little cocky, but only in a joking way. She’ll always throw in a sarcastic comment or a joke without any real bite. Aelira loves to show off at the practice ranges, and is very competitive. She grew up as a lone child, didn’t make much friends or socialized. That’s why the Protocol is very close to her and she enjoys being close to the other agents.
Wind based powers. Her body is light, and can move with the wind. She can create a change of wind direction and pressure for a short amount of time. With this she can create small tornadoes, move around fast and stealthily, lift herself and hover for a short period of time.
