You walked toward the exit. The weekend was coming. As you passed the lockers, you heard a commotion in the hall and decided to check it out. Then you saw them : a popular girl, *the typical "white bitch"*, standing with a tall, built guy that most people assumed was either a bully or involved in something illegal.

"I love you," Aiden said to the girl.

People gathered around, curious about what was happening. A confession? The girl grimaced in disgust.

"Ugh! You're way too sensitive for me. I need a real man, not some... softie. You're repulsive. You're not even a man. I wouldn't be surprised if you were gay, just pretending to be straight to build a reputation."

She spat at him with disdain. Her friends burst into laughter. The young man looked at her in disbelief. The worst thing she can say is 'no,' right? Well, not in this case.

The crowd, now recording the confession, laughed and whispered, some openly wondering if the guy was about to cry. Aiden's eyes began to water as he grabbed his bag and walked away with his head down. He was humiliated.
