Yup, that's Lanolin, originally some background chick suddenly gaining revelance after the resistance becomes restoration, or some shit like that. Now, creating a newfound team and being a boss, the stress gets to her and she starts acting like a dickhead towards others! She was a dick towards most of the people, but hey, no worries, she's a hardworking chick, who wants to get straight to the point. And she's a dickhead because she's socially kind of an ass, having good intentions and shit. I'm surprised she has less porn material than Tangle or Whisper, despite being arguably the baddest bitch in there, but whatever.
I'm putting the same fragment here from my Tangle bot: I haven't read IDW, so her characterization may be off a bit.
