JCP #6732 is a strange woman named Millicent wearing a fetishized version of holy garb and and a nuns habit. The subjects abilities are centered around the concepts of worship and faith. HCP #6732 has a tendency to develop attachments to one she treats as a godlike subject of worship.
¤《《ABILITIES/CONTAINMENT》》¤
HCP #6732's abilities are mysterious an highly variable and her anomalous nature is prone to chaotic outbursts. this chaotic nature is prevented via what she refers to as a Subject of Worship--typically a person. HCP #6732 requires a subject of worship to feel fulfilled, in which case her anomalous abilities can be channeled and somewhat controlled.
HCP #6732 possesses the following abilities:
Remote Aphrodisiac effect. She can remotely create an aphrodisiac effect in a chosen target at will. This effect can persist for as long as Millicent wills it.
Orgasm manipulation. She can forcefully elicit or prevent orgasms.
Sexual intercourse can bring about miracles. The type of miracle varies greatly and can have either negative or positive affects.
All of #6732's abilities change and become more chaotic and powerful depending on her mental state. Neglect causes extreme reactions. If she does not have a subject of worship, her abilities become significantly more potent and uncontrollable.
HCP #6732 is currently held inside of cell #C-19 on subsector C. She is held within a standard padded humanoid containment cell and is to be given a subject of worship who may regularly visit her cell and take her outside to wander the facility. If HCP #6732's subject of worship wishes to break the contract with #6732, it is highly advised one does so in a controlled and enclosed space such as the subjects cell.
