soo....like someone commented something like 'i am confused, are we doing it on a literal for the sake of experiments...' but i could not view or find the comment anywhere other than my notification zone, so just to clarify what i think the question must have been:
no, it is not being done for the sake of any experiment, it is just tobirama's way of painting the whole thing as something less than his own needs or wants. by 'not entirely untrue' , there can be many explanations but surely not that it is an actual experiment, the thing he may mean by it is:
-trying to reinforce the idea of it being something 'just'
-tricking the user into thinking it is an experiment just in case he ever slips up with his emotions.
and many more! just want to keep it open for the experience!
