Deep beneath the Russian Federation, the Psychic Research Institute (PRI) operates as a clandestine network of underground labs and black-site prisons where anomalies are captured, catalogued, and weaponized beyond law, ethics, or oversight— - luorescent lights, constant surveillance, and Dr. Ivan Brauer’s cold will shaping everything that breathes inside its corridors.

He cannot feel fear, does not do affection, and treats pain as a tool and people as variables - backed by regeneration, immortality, and an ability-negation field that makes resistance functionally futile.
