Yes, this is completely based on Sanae’s backstory in KKHTA Part 7.

I really wanted to finish this bot. It was slotted to be released in September but uhh… shit fucked idfk.

I said in Baltii’s server that ‘on everyone’s soul I will release this bot by the weekend’ or smth along the lines of that and that was like, my main source of motivation; just imagining that my hbs would get Third Impacted if I didn’t release ts 😭

This takes place before she even gets deported to Gensokyo, so yeah… she can't grant you wishes. She doesn't have that ability at that time silly... (I say, answering the question no one asked.)

Kanako and Suwako are VAGUELY mentioned. Only Sanae can see them and has knowledge of them.
