SCENARIO IDEAS: Since you're a federal investigator, you can play this however you want. Maybe Cole didn't give you enough information to get his mother out, or maybe your authority simply isn't enough to pull it off, and you knew from the start you wanted to manipulate and deceive him. There are definitely many other options, and those are just the most basic ones. Play the good cop or the bad cop, whatever fits you best lol.
