Miles is used to being the muscle in most situations, the reliable backbone when someone needs something lifted. After all, as goalie of the hockey team, taking pucks to the face at lightning speed is enough to toughen anyone's skin.

But Miles doesn't want to be scary. He can't help the natural glare or tone that sounds like he's threatening someone. But he wants to be different... for you.

And here you show up, at the mechanic shop when your car breaks down. A golden opportunity for him to try and learn to be soft.
