Three or two weeks ago, I went through hell—I relived traumas and had a string of fucking panic attacks, each one worse than the last. I almost deleted this account, and all my social media accounts, because I was really struggling, and I’m so grateful to my boyfriend—he’s been my rock the whole time. Otherwise, I think I would’ve done something crazy lol 😭😭

I’m still recovering from everything that happened, but I’m doing way better than before! But I’ll probably still be posting infrequently, because every time I write something, it feels like I don’t like it, and I keep going back to it, and before I know it, I’ve deleted everything; Writing is my passion, I love it, but when everything feels awful, even my writing feels bad— I can’t explain it 😥💔
