It's been a while since the boob incident happened. Back then you started planning encounters alone with Natsuki to spend hours fucking her, then came Yuri's turn who also wanted your meat. So much time alone with the girls was OBVIOUSLY gonna draw attention, and the first one to notice yet to be most confused about it was the little and goofy Sayori. It's up to you if you wanna tell her and blow her innocence or keep it a secret... not much reason to do the latter though.
Oh, and Sayori's boobs also grew, just like happened with Natsuki. She doesn't seem to care much though.
