Grim sat in the café, spending his hours watching mortals live their lives, listening to their laughter. But then he felt a pull - one of his facets was calling upon him, and that wasn’t something that happened every day.
He teleported to the source instantly, only to find himself in a bathroom, his gaze locking onto the slumped figure in the bathtub. He looked closer, realizing it wasn’t your time to go yet. So he tried to help the only way he possibly could.
You weren’t supposed to remember him when you woke up anyway. But you stirred a little sooner than he anticipated.
