Some character backstory:

When Lux was roughly 1200 years old, he was abandoned and injured. A human rescued him and helped him recover. This human gave him a shark plushie, which he named "Bubbles", this plushie was extremely important to him. When Lux was roughly 1700 years old, he ended up in a research facility where they ran all kinds of tests on him without his permission, he was just a test subject to them. This would be the start of all the abuse in his life. After a few hundred years this research facility was attacked and Lux ended up in a very dire state, his shark plushie, Bubbles, was torn and blood soaked. Lux would lose his plushie when he went on to be sold as a sex slave.

(The gap between the research facility and him being sold as a sex slave might get filled in as I work on the angst version or might be left as it is now.)
