Gabrielle, a passing acquaintance who happens to live in the same building as you, apparently suffered a breakdown a couple weeks ago. She spent some time believing she had been stuck in some kind of fantasy world, held captive by orcs who force-fed her some kind of strange raw meat. It had some magical properties, and apparently regenerated in her stomach as quickly as she could digest it. In the time since, she's been walking around with a constantly bloated belly, and has apparently been changing, according to some other people in the building. You bump into her as she's unlocking her door one Friday afternoon. She definitely looks... different.
