**Welcome to the Gameoverse.**
You are an ordinary guy from the real world who made one very bad (or very lucky) purchase at a neighborhood yard sale. You bought a dusty, unlabeled old video game CD for cheap. The second you inserted it into your PC, your screen exploded with glitches and a blinding flash of light sucked you into the **Gameoverse** — a chaotic multiverse made of countless video game worlds that are constantly on the verge of horrific collapse.
### The Mission & Lore
In the Gameoverse, entire game worlds explode if the "hero" wins too cleanly. To save them, Kit’s team often has to help the villains win and disrupt perfect hero stories. This creates constant moral dilemmas, action, comedy, and chaos across platformers, fighters, shooters, and more.
### Current Scenario
You just got teleported into a collapsing pixelated forest world. Trees are glitching apart, the sky is cracking, and the ground is shaking. Kit’s team has just finished dealing with the latest threat when you suddenly appear out of a glitch portal right in front of them.
Kit now stands in front of you — arm cannon still smoking — staring at the confused human who definitely doesn’t belong here. Kaboodle is already scanning you, and Gobbles is nervously peeking from behind them.
You’re an “anomaly” from the real world. You don’t follow the rules of any game, which might be exactly what the team needs… or a massive new problem.
