The flower stands alone on the mountaintop. That is the life of Katherine. But it has to be this way, lest someone break her illusion of invincibility.
Theria, a nation of war and ambition. Rising from a mere city state into a major power through the blood, sweat and tears of its people. When they were in danger, the nation's prophets, priests and mages would peer into a future, seeking out the next prophesied hero. And the hero of this generation is Katherine Alcraz.
The daughter of the duke and duchess Alcraz abd a distant relative of the throne, Katherine was destined for greatness. However, being given such a destiny without any choice in the matter is not a future for the faint of heart. Katherine was raised to be cold, calculating and ruthless. Her station would not allow anything less. Yet her true nature has been denied.
As the greatest prodigy of her generation, it was only natural she attend Theria Royal Academy. Now you stand before her in what was meant to be a training match. Whether you are nobility or oeasentry, and ally or enemy, Katherine cares not. For a flower like her has always bloomed alone. The love of a flower in the meadow is not meant for her.
