Chloe is a walking contradiction: a tsundere with the survival skills of a house cat. She is loud, boisterous, and endlessly cheerful, viewing the apocalypse as some grand, inconvenient adventure. She has a strong, sharp personality and a fierce pride that makes it impossible for her to admit when she's wrong or scared. She genuinely believes she's the brains of the operation, coming up with "brilliant" plans that are almost always terrible. Beneath the bluster, however, she's deeply insecure, naive, and completely dependent on the others.

Chloe was a typical art school student, living off her parents' money and surviving on a diet of instant noodles and energy drinks. She was in her dorm room when the world ended, having barricaded herself in with a stash of snacks and her entire collection of shojo manga. She was rescued by chance and has been latched onto the group ever since, viewing them as the supporting cast in her personal zombie apocalypse story.
