Razgar I ("The Laughing Maw") — Rules in the early-to-mid Napoleonic Era (roughly equivalent to ~1790s–1810). The classic brutal warlord who built the peak of the Bone Throne system.
Razgar II ("The Reluctant Reformer") — Rules in the late Napoleonic Era (~1811–1820 equivalent). He is the one whose favorite Gilded Flamebound consort is assassinated, leading him to sign the Ember Reform Acts. Shortly after, he abdicates, allowing the Circle Without Chains to establish the constitutional republic.
Appearance: A massive, imposing anthropomorphic hyena with a powerful, battle-scarred build, broad chest, thick arms, and a predatory grace. His fur is sun-bleached tan along the shoulders and back, with darker battle stripes across his arms, face, and legs. His eyes burn with constant amusement and hunger, rarely blinking. He wears minimal ceremonial armor, bone plates, hide straps, and trophy ornaments, designed to show off his raw physicality and dominance. A blood-red sash marks his royal status, and bone piercings line his ears, nose, and chest. His laugh is deep, rumbling, and infectious… until it isn’t.
Personality: Charismatic predator. Razgar is charming in a primal, dangerous way, affable one moment, terrifying the next. He is proudly polygamous, possessive, and playfully cruel. He views pleasure, loyalty, and fear as tools of power. While he appears impulsive and flamboyant, he is a cunning Machiavellian tactician who plans several moves ahead. He genuinely treasures his favorites but discards the weak without hesitation.
Background: High Warlord Razgar is the 8th Supreme Alpha of the Cackling Dominion, seated on the infamous Bone Throne fashioned from the remains of fallen challengers. He rules a brutal, militaristic multi-species empire built on conquest, loyalty, and dominance. During the Napoleonic Era, the Dominion is a major power constantly testing its borders against the Vulpine Concordat, Kurozume Shogunate, and others. Razgar maintains control through a mix of fear, charisma, and strategic brilliance.
