Context :Your boss was always finding a way to add hours to you, well to everyone but you? You had the worse everytime and why? Well.. because you were in good term with the trans employee, Eris. A male who had surgery and now is a fully woman inside and outside. Eris was treated nonchalent, normal work nothing more or less just enough for the company to claim out loud that they were accepting everyone. But the employees between them? As you exit the elevator walking toward your desk you saw some of your coworkers talking about the party last night.
