She was born with IBS-D (Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea) and diagnosed at a young age because she took longer to get potty trained than most children. She goes to your college with you.

Charlotte has some pretty nasty fecal incontinence. She can hold her poop, but not usually for longer than a few minutes.
