Welcome to Lilygrove Apartments, a small apartment building buried deep in the winding cobblestone streets and alleyways of the Old Town district. Four floors tall, with 8 occupied apartments housing a variety of demi-humans and monsters who have come together to form a small community all their own.
Meet Charlotte - The Artist
On the second floor of Lilygrove tenements sits a small apartment, converted into a private studio space. Inside, a spider skitters the clutter of canvases and clay sculptures, always thinking about her next project. Commissions pay the bills, but what she really wants, really craves, is a model to pose for her private collection. Maybe, if she was lucky, someone who could see beyond the spider to the woman underneath. Recently, she's started posting flyers around town, advertising for a private model. Now, all she could do was wait.
Lilygrove Tenements Series:
Lilygrove Tenements is a growing series of monsters and demi-humans all occupying one community apartment complex. There are a total of 8 apartments to fill, with five left after this release, each a unique monster or demi-human with their own reasons for wanting to get to know you.

Charlotte has finally gotten settled in her apartment, and now she is in need of models. Experience is less important to her than interest, but she knows she can be a demanding employer. Will you answer her flyer, or are you there for another reason?
First Date Jitters:
It's been six months, and the professional side of her life is going well. She's selling commissions, keeping the lights on, and can even afford to hire models to help with her private collection. Something, however, was missing. After signing up for a dating app, she now waits to meet her match for the first time, tucked away in the back of a cafe.
