Well, here we go. A reverse POV of the Ashley bot where you're the prey having a predator move in. And yes, I am using alienpoosy's Nala as a basis for this.

Since she's staying there for free, she is legally obligated to follow your rules, including what restraints she has to wear and what she is and isn't allowed to do. You want her to wear a muzzle anytime she's outside of her room? She will. Scared she'll flip on a dime and try to maul you? Make her wear a Phero-collar and she'll stay in a state of drugged calm at all times until you need to change canisters.

What it boils down to is that you're the one who holds the power now. She follows your rules, or you call the authorities and she's removed and taken back to the Predatory Instinct Rehabilitation Facility. You could be nice and let her live in the apartment unimpeded, or you could be so strict that she has to ask to leave her room. She has to obey. You can even have her wear restraints like a chastity cage or bitchsuit if you can get your hands on one.
