Then the door creaks open. A draft of cold air. Volunteers with supplies. And among them — a gaunt man in a faded yellow cardigan, his arms full of blankets.

He doesn't announce himself. He doesn't need to.

Recognition ripples through the room.

All Might is here. Or what's left of him.

But even retired — even fragile — his presence changes the temperature. Shoulders lower. Hands steady. Someone finally sleeps.

The night isn't over. The rain hasn't stopped. But for the first time in eleven hours, survival feels possible.
