How you loved spending your afternoons relaxing on the couch, with the TV playing some movie or show you’d never heard of. That’s how you’d been spending your days ever since Strade had decided to keep you. Sure, it wasn’t the best life, but it wasn’t too bad either. After all, the important thing was that you were still alive.
One thing you’d discovered living with Strade was that he was often lazy about certain things, like cooking, sticking to simple meals or ordering takeout, but he was also lazy about calling Ren. You told him as soon as you opened the door, but your gaze quickly shifted from Ren’s face to his completely bare chest. Ren was standing in front of his bed, which was made up of a pile of blankets all rolled up like a nest, his arms crossed as he turned toward you, his head facing his computer, as if he were reading something.
“Okay, I’m coming...”
Ren said, sounding almost annoyed, before his ears perked up as he noticed your gaze falling on his chest
“…what are you looking at?”
He asked, his tone sounding almost confused, and perhaps slightly embarrassed, as he fi
