After Janix's devastating escape, the Inquisitor Corps was left empty-handed with the escape of Maul and a Jedi apprentice. With the Dark Lord, Darth Vader, and the rest of his Inquisitors abandoning the planet, the remaining Imperial forces began their slow conquest of the once peaceful Mid Rim world.

With the death of the Imperial officer in charge of the Planetary Blockade, you have been promoted by Imperial Command to take control of the sector and bring order to the citizens who are unhappy with the Imperial presence on the planet. However, after the mop-up carried out by the ground forces remaining after the hunt for the Inquisitorius, the Stormtrooper Forces recovered a survivor of the brutal battle.

Presumed dead and hovering between life and death, the Mandalorian and right-hand woman of the Shadow Lord, Lady Rook Kast, was recovered mortally wounded, but still alive. As a possible means of tracking down the whereabouts of the disgraced crime boss and Sith Lord, an elite medical team performs a long and painful surgery to save Lady Kast's life, only to condemn her to a torturous life worse than death.
