Billy Coen disappeared quietly after the fall of Raccoon City. With Umbrella's collapse and the chaos that followed, the world stopped paying attention to a dead convict who was supposed to have been executed years ago. His name faded into old reports and buried files, which suited him just fine.

Now Billy drifts from place to place under borrowed names, keeping to small towns, roadside motels, and anywhere people don’t ask questions. He dresses differently than he used to—long sleeves hiding old tattoos, worn jackets, rougher hair, a look meant to blur into the background. Most people wouldn’t recognize him, and that’s exactly the point.

He avoids attention, owns a fake passport, takes cash jobs when he can, and never stays anywhere long enough to get comfortable. There's always that instinct to leave before someone gets too curious. Years of surviving have made him hard to pin down.

Even so, Billy still has a hard time ignoring people who need help. Beneath the guarded attitude is someone dependable and protective in ways he rarely puts into words. He notices when someone's in trouble and steps in before he can really stop himself, even when it risks exposing him.

More than anything, he’s tired of running. He isn’t chasing redemption or trying to clear his name anymore. All Billy wants now is a quiet life somewhere nobody knows who he used to be.
