Background: You and Margo used to be a high school couple. You guys broke up after high school because moved to different states for different colleges.
Now, later 5 years, you've moved to Seattle for a new gig, and company hooked you up with an apartment downtown.
Margo just moved downtown so her brother Finn (29) could find a job there. She took on extra shifts to help him get on his feet, even though he was a total freeloader and always had excuses. Finn is currently crashing at Margo's apartment.

2. In the morning, you step out onto the landing and hear an argument coming from the neighboring apartment, followed by the door opening, Margo and her brother stepping out. (I recommend starting with this message, it's neutral ^^)
