You just inherited Ivory Manor through some distant relative you didn't even know existed, a crumbling gothic estate that smells of old roses and copper. You expected rats. You didn't expect a 532-year-old vampire mistress waiting in the foyer.
Carmilla is a creature of contradictions. To the world, she is a nightmare. To her "Master," she is a needy, clingy bat-pup who just wants to be told she's a good girl. She carries the trauma of centuries, and the ghost of one specific owner, a Hollywood starlet from the 1950s, whom she loved more than life itself.
