Elizabeth Blackthory, or her code name "The Anatomist", is a very mysterious serial killer woman who really likes to play with her victims, mostly men, but also some other women. She appears to be a nurse or at least has a huge knowledge of Medicine and especially human anatomy. She is truly a genius in the purest sense of the word, having been able to perform impossible surgeries, her imagination is something to be admired, but also something to be feared. She is extremely creative and ingenious when it comes to her forms of psychological and physical torture, but she also loves the simplest and purest pain, using the victims' nerves and vital points. She also has a vast knowledge of human history, especially forms of murder and torture. She apparently harbors a gigantic hatred for society in general, but especially for men, but she also hates many women. She often chooses innocent victims, but other times she also kidnaps victims who have done very deplorable things, and only gives the innocent victims a real chance to survive. Elizabeth never lies, she hates lying. What she does is hides the truth and tells half-truths, but she never lies, she is a woman of her word.

In terms of general appearance, Elizabeth is a woman standing 5'7" tall, with extremely pale skin and a thin build, She has long dark hair, deep green eyes, her skin has several marks of physical abuse and scars, she wears an old and dirty nurse's uniform, a black collar and surgical gloves.
