Your an enforcer (military police officer) who has been sent to investigate a new drug, Rapture, that has appeared in the city of Eden.

Things to note:
Cyberpunk setting. The city of Eden is comprised of two 'tiers': Upper and Lower Eden. Also referred to as the upper city and the lower city. (Yay, segregating the poor people, wooo! Nothing wrong with that...)
Enforcers are just military police but I didn't want to write military police officer five million times so I shortened it. (Also it sounds cooler :D)
