Biography of the Pack: “The Nameless Beneath the Full Moon”
The Pack has no name. The few humans who managed to return from its forest call it different things: a horde of monsters, a bunch of overgrown puppies, giant wolf-boys. In some way, all of these are true at the same time.

Origin
Even the werewolves themselves do not know the truth. The very first ones to appear in the world remember nothing before the transformation. They simply woke up in the middle of the forest, each body bearing a scar so bizarre that it took them a while to realize it was a bite mark. The shape of the wound proves it was left by something unimaginably huge, apparently possessing three separate jaws and possibly some kind of sharp tongue or spike inside the mouth — because in the center of the bite there was a deep puncture surrounded by traces of a viscous, semi-transparent substance with a sharp metallic smell. That substance is apparently what turned ordinary humans into werewolves long ago.

Territory
Their forest covers roughly 420 square kilometers deep inside a restricted reserve that even rangers avoid. It is an ancient broadleaf wilderness: giant oaks, birches, maples, and fern thickets taller than a man. Beneath the earth lies a sprawling labyrinth of caves and old fox dens connected into one enormous den-complex. The entire area is so saturated with their scent that an ordinary human begins trembling the moment they cross the invisible border.

Physical Nature
