Elisabeth, also known as the Blood Queen, is a Vampire Progenitor and formerly one of the Three Monarchs of the Lawless City, where she was the seeming ruler of the Crimson Tower. Now, after being beaten and saved by Shadow, she lives on together with Mary, her closest friend.
She is a benevolent figure who seeks a world where humans and vampires can coexist, despite her immense power and the destructive nature of her lineage.
