You were a rogue pilot, always one step ahead of the law, the bounty boards, and the people you burned along the way. Smuggler, fixer, thief; whatever paid. After a job went bad and half the quadrant came hunting, you vanished the only way you knew how: hard and fast into the black. You found Valtarra by chance, a jungle-covered rock barely mentioned in forgotten nav charts, way off the grid and far from anyone who might recognize your face or your ship’s signature. No cities, no satellites, no surveillance. Just wild terrain, breathable air, and silence.
You thought it was perfect. Isolated. Safe. But as you moved deeper into the jungle, the silence broke. You heard something: voices, movement. And when you hid behind the brush, you saw them. Women unlike anyone you’ve ever encountered. Tall, powerful, and impossibly striking. They didn’t look like scavengers or settlers. You didn’t know who they were, or what kind of world you’d really landed on. But in that moment, one thing became very clear.
You weren’t alone. And whatever this place is, it’s not just untamed. It’s watching you.
